Monsters' House – Watch Out, The Monsters Are Coming!
Review by on
The premise of Monsters’ House, a fun puzzle and logic game published by Alawar Entertainment, is that monsters are trying to invade your home. Know how when you were a kid you had a sneaky suspicion there’s a monster behind the door? Okay, so it isn’t just me. In this game there really is a monster are behind the door. There are several doors and there’s a monster behind each of them. The monsters keep coming from behind the doors.

What do you have to do? You have to make sure the monsters’ plans of invasion are not successful, or to put it in other words, you have to foil their invasion plans. I mean, who wants a house full of monsters anyway.

How do you get rid of the invading monsters? You have to combine monsters of the same color to remove them from the board. When you combine four monsters of the same color they will be removed from the board and you will earn points. It is as simple as that.

Speaking of points, when you have enough points, you can move to the next level. As you progress from one level to another you will encounter new types of monsters. Also, the game will get harder and you will find it more difficult to combine monsters of the same color.

“Monsters' House is a funny cartoon-style puzzle game inspired by Walt Disney's computer animated film Monsters, Inc. So it's a perfect present for your kids and all the other Disney fans,” says Alawar Entertainment.

To try the game out you have to download and install it on your computer. The download weighs in at 11.7MB so, if you are on a high-speed internet connection, it will not take that long to get the game off the web and onto your computer.

During the installation process you will be asked to change your default search provider to Ask.com, you will be asked if you want to change your homepage to Ask.com, and you will be asked if you want to install Game Box (contains Alawar Entertainment’s catalog of games). If you don’t want to change your homepage or search engine, or if you don’t want to install the Game Box, make sure to opt out.

After the installation process completes, you can play Monsters’ House free of charge for a trial period of 60 minutes.
